A 6-hours cancellation notice is required in case you wish to cancel your prescheduled session/appointment, otherwise, E-Fit Jordan reserves the right to charge you for a “No Show”.
In case your assigned Personal Trainer/Instructor is unable to continue your training, for any reason, E-Fit Jordan reserves its right to replace your Personal Trainer/Instructor with another available Certified Personal Trainer/Instructor.
To maintain quality of service to all E-Fit Jordan Clients, E-Fit Jordan reserves the right to cancel your prescheduled session/appointment and charge you for a “No Show”, in case of late arrival of more than 10-minutes, to your scheduled appointment time.
For quality purposes and to ensure meeting your own comfort, E-Fit Jordan reserves the right to shift your prescheduled session/appointment time within a range of 10-minutes (not more) before or after your appointment time.
All Packages expire according to the Expiry Dates shown in the table on the Client Profile you signed.
Freeze options are available, based on package type, as shown in the table on the Client Profile you signed.
Frozen packages will automatically resume upon the end of the freeze period.
Based on a case by case basis and upon management approval, expired packages can be extended after paying an extension fee. Extension period varies from one package to another and is subject to management decision and approval.
All packages & services bought expire automatically after 1-year of inactivity and can’t be reactivated nor extended.
